Judith Feder is the President of Harvest Lane Partners. Harvest is an advisory firm that excels in fundraising for early stage ventures and in executing private share transactions for pre-IPO companies.
Formerly, Judith was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer of Lebenthal Wealth Advisors, LLC. Ms. Feder, a founding partner, successfully brought together the members of the new management team and led the capital raise. She began her career practicing corporate and real estate law in New York City. Ms. Feder then served as Legal Counsel and head of the Real Estate Asset Management Group at Merrill Lynch Hubbard.
Ms. Feder also founded her own broker-dealer, Harvest Capital Corporation, and raised capital for early stage ventures and real estate development projects. As President of Harvest, she managed, supervised, and executed all operations of the firm. With assistance of the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, she sold the broker-dealer in 1992 to an investment firm.
She served on the New York Metro Board of the National Association for Teaching Entrepreneurship and on the Board of Tri-State Ventures, an angel venture group. She also served as a board member and past president of The Strategic Forum, a business forum. She has spoken at conferences on crowd funding and private share trading. She was the lead chapter in Emma Keller's book, The Comeback, which profiles the difficulties that women have in re-entering the workforce after taking time off to raise children.
A graduate of Tufts University (BS) and Hofstra University Law School (JD), Ms. Feder is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bars. She currently holds the Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses. She resides in New York City with her husband. Her three children, who all attended Williams College, are currently a product manager at Nestle- Froneri, an MBA student and University of Michigan Medical School student.
